個人介紹:
我曾參與亞洲區域學者—行動者網絡及草根社會運動。這段經歷使我體認到，城市不只是建成環境，更是多元利益與未來想像協商的場域；人們如何共同治理「公共」，也自此成為我的核心研究關懷。我的學術訓練橫跨都市規劃、政治經濟學與科技社會研究。博士後期間，我於英國杜倫大學參與歐洲研究委員會計畫，考察香港、臺灣與孟買的高密度都市生活及疫情治理，並將「空權」研究延伸至都市量體、元素地理與身體政治。任教政治大學期間，我聚焦北臺灣的增額容積、軌道金融與城郊地景變遷。目前以台灣林口、橋頭、楠梓等新興科技產業廊帶為田野，結合日韓比較，探討半都市化、科技基礎設施與氣候行動的結構張力。請大家多多指教，謝謝！
I have been involved in scholar–activist networks across Asia and in grassroots social movements. These experiences taught me that cities are not merely built environments, but arenas in which diverse interests and visions of the future are negotiated. Since then, the ways in which people collectively shape the understanding between ‘publicness’ and property relations have remained central to my research.
My academic training spans urban planning, political economy, and science and technology studies. During my postdoctoral fellowship at Durham University in the United Kingdom, I worked on a European Research Council project examining high-density urban living and pandemic governance in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Mumbai. This research also led me to extend my work on air rights to broader questions concerning urban volumes, elemental geography, and the politics of the body.
While teaching at National Chengchi University, I focused on the cross-financing mechanisms between urban air rights schemes and metroline expansion in northern Taiwan. My current research is based in emerging technology-industry corridors in Linkou (New Taipei City), Qiaotou, and Nanzih (Kaohsiung City), Taiwan. Through comparative research with Japan and South Korea, I explore the structural tensions among semi-urbanization, technological infrastructures, and climate action.
