獲補助者請繳交以下文件至系辦：
Awardees must submit the following documents to your deparment office:
1. 外國人居留證影印本(ARC)
A photocopy of the “Alien Residency Record”
2. 銀行/郵局存簿影印本
A photocopy of the Bank or Post Office Passbook
